New Orleans may have Bourbon Street, but this Mardi Gras party will not be beat! Put on your brightest and boldest Mardi Gras garb and make your way to our New Orleans style Mardi Gras Bash! The carnival atmosphere begins with a live performance by Skip Jones and his "Spirit of New Orleans" band, featuring Steve Arriola, Byron Case, and Tim Seifert. Chef Billy from The Zingaro will be serving his delicious Cajun-style Jambalaya and New Orleans Shrimp Skewers.
