Menu:
Appetizers: lamb meatball with harissa sauce; involtini of buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, basil, eggplant & garlic oil; wild mushroom ragu, goat cheese and thyme on flat bread.
Soup & Salad: creamy butternut squash soup; salad of frizee, roasted corn, seared scallops, crisp pancetta, sherry vinaigrette
Entree: grilled porcini ribeye with bone marrow butter; truffle mashed potato & grilled ramps
Trio of Desserts: house made red wine chocolate truffles; strawberry and lemon tartlettes; pistachio gelato
Each course will be paired with a Pfeiffer specialty cocktail or wines from the cellar!
Cost: $354 per couple (includes dinner, wine, and 18% gratuity); Reservations and $100 deposit required to hold. Balance due night of dinner.
