The 2016 Pinot Noir will be bottled the end of November and will be ready for you to take home and store for another 4-5 years.
This wine is already showing flavorful notes of bing cherry, with a velvety mouth feel and a still-young spicy finish of clove. This wine will continue to settle into a deliciously fruity treat.
This wine will continue to mature and soften into a delicate, blissful drink that will not only satisfy, but tantalize the palate. We invite you to stop into the winery whenever you wish to dip the thief into the barrel to steal a taste or two.
