Cocktail Time: Villa Bruschetta and Aperitif
A “Couple” Appetizer: Two pan seared scallops over a butternut squash puree topped with a crisp cucumber and pomegranate salad paired with Pinot Gris
Salad: Seared Caesar salad paired with Pinot Gris
Soup: Tom Kha Gai paired with Anna Skye
Entrée: Teres major beef wellington with spinach, oyster & shitake mushrooms paired with EPIC 12 Blue Dot Reserve Pinot Noir
Dessert: Flaming ball of chocolate melting into genoise covered in pinot noir glazed cherries paired with Tango Red Blend and Decaf Coffee
Finish the evening with our Tawny & Chocolate Forté Port Style Wines
Each course will be paired with a Pfeiffer specialty cocktail or wines from the cellar!
Cost: $354 per couple (includes dinner, wine, and 18% gratuity); Reservations and $100 deposit required to hold. Balance due night of dinner.
